| PLEASE NOTE: Ages for
groups are suggested ranges only - swimmers will be placed based

| on both age and/or ability
at the coaches’ discretion.

| (1) Escrow represents the
amount needed to pay a swimmer’s meet entry fees throughout
the
|
| year. This amount must be collected in
advance to ensure timely entry into the meets.
|
| WISC is a competitive swim club
which trains swimmers to compete in meets.
|
| Our coaches are paid professionals who
are expected to teach your swimmer all
|
| aspects of competitive swimming and
competition.
Therefore, it is expected that you
|
| participate in competitions and escrow
will be collected from all swimmers.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| (2) The initial September
payment consists of one half of the tuition plus
|
|
| insurance and escrow. The February 15th payment is
remaining half of the tuition.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| (3) Multiple sibling
discount - for families with more than one swimmer. The child in the
|
|
highest level group pays full price. 2nd child receives a $50
discount. 3rd child receives $100 discount and so
on. This discount can be applied to the September
payment.

| This discount only applies
to siblings in a full-year program (i.e. Novice or
above)
|
| Does not apply to Clinic.
|

| (4) The Varsity/Junior
Varsity discount will be given to those swimmers who
participate
|
| in their school district’s
varsity or junior varsity swimming programs. This discount
will be
|
| applied to the February
15th payment provided that your account is up to date.
|
| Varsity = $150 discount Junior Varsity
= $75 discount.
Discount is only available to
swimmers
|
| joining in September
for the full year.
|

|
|
|
|
| (5) Any swimmer interested
in participating in our Clinic program must come to
registration
|
| at the H.S. for a tryout. Children must be able to
swim the length of the
|
|
| pool unassisted. Registration info will be posted
on the website in September & December.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| FEES (excluding a $50 non-refundable registration
fee) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER SEPTEMBER 27th (or 2 weeks
after you register if starting later than Sept.
13th)

| West Islip Swim Club is a
not-for-profit organization. We charge the minimum amounts
|
| necessary to operate the club. Any fundraising performed
by the club is to directly benefit
|
| the swimmers. Any excess funds will go
into a savings account to offset any unforseen
|
| expenses ( i.e. pool rental)
|
|
